In short
Hanfify provides information about products whose possession by end customers is permitted under current German law. These include CBD products made from certified EU industrial hemp, THC derivatives with modified molecular structures, and certain legal LSD derivatives such as 1S-LSD. All information refers exclusively to private possession by the end customer – not to manufacturing or distribution.
CBD and hemp products made from EU industrial hemp
CBD products and classic hemp products on Hanfify come exclusively from certified EU industrial hemp . These plants naturally contain only very low levels of THC and comply with legal requirements. Possession of such products is permitted for end customers in Germany as long as the legal limits are observed.
THC derivatives – legally owned by the end customer
THC derivatives can also be legal for the end consumer to possess. They are chemically modified in such a way that—unlike classic THC—they are not subject to the German Narcotics Act (BtMG). Well-known examples are H4CBD and 10-OH-HHC. These products can resemble THC in their effects, but due to their molecular structure, they are currently not listed in the BtMG. Important: The legal assessment is subject to change at any time.

LSD derivatives – legal possession, not LSD
Certain LSD derivatives are currently legal for possession by end users in Germany. Their effects are similar to classic LSD, but they differ in chemical structure. Examples include 1cP-LSD, 1V-LSD, and the currently legal 1S-LSD.
The difference between LSD and 1S-LSD
1S-LSD has a small molecular addition to LSD. This ensures that it is not subject to the German Narcotics Act (BtMG), the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG), or the Medicines Act (AMG). Following the prohibition of 1T-LSD, 1S-LSD is currently considered the best-known legal alternative, possession of which is permitted in Germany. It may also be used for research purposes without authorization from the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM).
